Returns & right of withdrawal

Legal right of withdrawal (14 days)

In accordance with European consumer protection legislation, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the moment you receive your order, without having to provide any justification.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), take physical possession of the products.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by logging into the dedicated area, using your order number and the email address used during the purchase.

Items must be returned no later than 14 days after notifying us of your decision to withdraw.

Extended return policy (100 days – voluntary)

In addition to the 14-day legal right of withdrawal, we offer as a commercial service an extended return policy of up to 100 days after delivery.

If more than 14 days but less than 100 days have passed since delivery, a refund may still be granted, provided that the returned product meets the conditions below.

This 100-day extended return policy does not in any way affect your legal rights.

Return conditions

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the product is defective or incorrect

  • We highly recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of returned packages

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified by email.

If the return is accepted, the refund will be processed within 10 business days, directly to the payment method used during the purchase.

Exceptions

Returns may be refused in the following cases:

  • The product is returned more than 100 days after delivery

  • The product is damaged due to misuse

  • The product is not returned in its original condition
