Delivery is available in the following countries: France, Belgium, Switzerland. Secure home delivery.
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?
Delivery times depend on your place of residence. Your package is generally shipped within 24 to 48 hours maximum and delivered in 8 to 14 business days in Metropolitan France with EcoGreen delivery.
If you choose a faster delivery method, the times are as follows:
- Pickup Point Delivery -> 4-5 Business Days
- Fast Home Delivery -> 72 Business Hours
- Express Home Delivery -> 48 Business Hours
- Express Home Delivery -> 48 Business Hours
HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?
Shipping costs vary from one country to another and depend on the type of delivery selected and the amount of your order.
CUSTOMS DUTIES
Depending on your place of residence, and more specifically in the French Overseas Territories (DOM-TOM), Andorra, and Monaco, customs duties may be requested by your delivery person and are in no way dependent on our control.
ADDITIONAL ORDER FEES
Some banks charge additional fees for your online purchases. Ranging from a few cents to €5, these fees are proportional to the amount of your order and are beyond our control. When you place an order on our site, we only receive the amount indicated at the time of payment.
If you notice an additional charge corresponding to your purchase on our site, please contact your bank. In some cases, you can get a refund.
Note that this is rare and is often attributed to foreign banks and destinations.
EXCHANGES AND WITHDRAWAL
If your Lilly item does not suit you, you have a 100-day withdrawal period from the date you receive your package. Note that return shipping costs are your responsibility. If this is the case, please contact us at the following address: info@lilly-skin.com
However, if your Lilly product has a manufacturing defect or an anomaly not related to misuse, we will exchange it for you. You have 100 days after receiving your product to contact us.
