Is organizing a game entitled "Mother's Day Grand Game".
Article 2: Purpose of the game
The game to win over 20,000 prizes is free, however, it requires a purchase.
In the context of the "Mother's Day Grand Game", the final ranking will determine the winners among the participants. Participation in the "Mother's Day Grand Game" implies the participants' unreserved acceptance of these rules in their entirety.
The photos of the prizes featured on the site are not contractually binding.
Article 3: Date and duration
The "Mother's Day Grand Game" runs from May 18, 2023, to June 4, 2023, at 11:59 PM. The organizer reserves the possibility of extending the participation period and postponing any announced date.
Article 4: Conditions of participation & validity of participation 4-1 Conditions of participation
The "Mother's Day Grand Game" is open to all adults residing in France or in French-speaking countries who have placed orders on the site. Any person who has collaborated in the organization of the Game, as well as members of their respective immediate families, employees of the organizer, or subcontractors of the organizer, etc., are not authorized to participate in the "Mother's Day Grand Game". Conditions of participation: place an order for an amount greater than €30 to obtain a winning ticket that will validate participation in the contest.
4-2 Validity of participation: Any participation in the "Mother's Day Grand Game" will be considered invalid if: The participants have not ordered for the announced amount or have not followed the actions indicated on the contest page.
Also, any inaccurate identity, address, or qualification information will result in the nullity of the participation.
The organizer reserves the right to eliminate from the contest any entry that does not comply with the rules, in particular any incomplete, incorrect, or illegible entry.
Article 5: Designation of winners Any entry containing a false or erroneous and/or incomplete declaration and/or not complying with these rules and declared a winner will be considered null and void and will lead to the designation of a new winner. The winners will be contacted by the brand Lilly Skin within the week following the contest.
Article 6: Information or Publication of winners' names The names of the winners may be announced by Lilly Skin on social networks. Winners will also be contacted individually by Lilly Skin.
Article 7: Delivery or collection of Prizes
The delivery of prizes will be carried out by contacting the person concerned directly by email after a draw has been conducted.
Absent winners: Winners absent during the draw and prize distribution will be informed by the organizer.
Unclaimed prizes:
At the end of the contest, winners who cannot be reached will not be able to claim any prize, compensation, or indemnity of any kind whatsoever.
The prizes awarded are personal and non-transferable. Furthermore, prizes may under no circumstances be subject to any dispute by the winners, nor to an exchange or any other consideration of any kind whatsoever.
Article 8: Promotional operations By accepting their prizes, the winners authorize the organizer to use their names, trademarks, and trade names for promotional purposes on any medium of its choice, without this reproduction entitling them to any remuneration or compensation other than the prize won.
Article 9: Personal data The personal data collected in the context of participation in the game is recorded and used by the organizer for the needs of their participation and the allocation of their winnings. In accordance with the "Data Protection Act" of January 6, 1978, Participants have the right to access, rectify, or delete information concerning them. Article 10: Liability The Participant acknowledges and accepts that the only obligation of the organizer regarding the Game is to place an order for an amount greater than 30 euros, provided that their participation complies with the terms and conditions of the Rules, and to deliver the prizes to the winners, according to the criteria and procedures defined in these Rules. The organizer cannot be held responsible, without this list being exhaustive, for any technical, material, or software failure of any kind, the risks of contamination by possible viruses circulating on the network, and the lack of protection of certain data against possible misappropriation.
Participation in the Game implies knowledge and acceptance of the characteristics and limitations of the Internet, particularly regarding technical performance, response times for consulting the contest, and for querying or transferring information.
Article 11: Force majeure / reservations The organizer's liability cannot be incurred if, due to a case of force majeure or events beyond its control, the game has to be modified, shortened, or canceled.
The organizer reserves the right to carry out any verification it deems useful regarding compliance with the rules, in particular to exclude any participant who has made an inaccurate or false declaration or has cheated.

No dispute will be taken into account eight days after the closing of the Game.
